Dear Judy Manning:

The Georgia Chapter of the Sierra Club is pleased to endorse you for election to the Georgia General Assembly in 2004. The Georgia Sierra Club has reviewed your positions on environmental issues and your history of support for a clean and healthy environment. We believe that you are the best candidate for Georgia’s environment in your race for state legislature.

The Georgia Chapter of the Sierra Club has 13,000 members in Georgia and we are notifying our members about this endorsement. In addition, we will work with you to help publicize this endorsement. We can provide a press release, or someone to participate in a press event. In addition, we can provide your mailing house with a list of our members in your district. While most of our members are around the major cities of Georgia, we do have members in every State Senate District and most State House Districts. There is a small fee for the list and some rules that we have to follow in regards to the mailing, including being able to review the materials.
